About Kemi Nwagbo

Kemi Nwagbo brings a breadth of financial related experience to KF Tax and Accounting. She’s a Certified Public Accountant, of course. But Kemi has gone the extra step to be authorized as an Enrolled Agent, in order to have the privilege of representing her clients to the IRS. This is the highest form of credentialing offered by the IRS, and this is a sign of Kemi’s integrity and desire to help her clients as much as possible.
She attended Saint Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, where she earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Accounting.
She brings her advanced technical knowledge of the tax system and uses her skills and experience to help clients with their tax and accounting needs.
It’s Kemi’s passion to help clients resolve their tax problems as advantageously as possible. She especially loves to help clients leverage their financial position through effective tax planning.

You’ll notice right away that Fred Nwagbo is passionate about people. He’s especially interested in helping individuals and business owners reduce their tax liability through comprehensive tax analysis and planning.
He spent over 25 years in service to the State of Texas, working with the Department of Criminal Justice. During that time, he also earned his Master of Science degree from Texas State University.
